Five doors: brand and commercial, entertainment, digital characters, campaigns, and AI UGC and creator-style content. Each starts with clear packages and a starting price, and every production can be customized.
Every Arcynth production can be customized to the project's creative, deliverable, usage, platform and production needs. Packages are starting frameworks, not rigid limits. Customization doesn't automatically include unlimited revisions, rights, platforms, characters or deliverables. Expanded scope is quoted.

Licensed Characters
Arcynth's licensed characters are available to approved brands. Brands can feature a character through a controlled license or through content Arcynth produces. Character licensing runs separately from character development, and every request needs Arcynth approval.

Permission only. The brand may not generate, alter, voice, clone or reinterpret the character.
Arcynth creates new branded content featuring one character, with the usage license attached.
Usage is organic, on approved brand-owned channels.
New content creation (Option 1), character alteration, editing beyond approved deliverables, voice use, cloning, AI training, derivative versions, paid advertising, boosting, whitelisting, sublicensing and exclusivity. Voice rights are always handled separately from visual character rights.
Any request featuring more than one character is quoted after review, never at a set rate. Each character still needs explicit approval.
A same-terms renewal is 125% of the original license fee: $500, $875 or $1,250. It applies only when the character, duration, territory, platforms, assets and usage stay exactly the same. Renewals are never automatic and need Arcynth approval. Any change in usage, platform, territory, duration, assets, paid advertising, exclusivity, editing or character needs review and may need a new quote.
Post-term use, archival display and removal requirements are defined in the licensing agreement. Unless renewed or otherwise agreed, expiration ends new uses such as reposting, new posting, boosting, paid advertising, re-editing, republishing or other continued exploitation.
Pricing
All prices are starting estimates, not quotes. Add-ons, usage, revisions and timing can change the final number. Seconds set the length. Scope sets the price.
Every Arcynth production can be customized. Packages are starting frameworks, not rigid limits. Turnaround times are estimates. Your confirmed timeline is set during onboarding, based on Studio availability.
After review, selected projects receive a written proposal, agreement and official invoice. Every project is paid in full before production begins.

Turnaround times on the site are estimates. Your confirmed timeline is set during onboarding, based on Studio availability, and is then fixed. Rush delivery is +30% (24–48 hours) or +50% (under 24 hours).
Each package lists its included revision rounds. Extra rounds are $25 each. Feedback is due within 3 business days, or 5 for larger projects.

The Studio Consultation ($50) is for questions and direction before you start, and it's credited toward a project booked within 14 days. The Briefing Call ($25) shapes creative direction for a project already underway. The Character Clearance Call ($25) clarifies a character with no usable reference.

Project Fit
Arcynth may decline or redirect work because of scope, timing, budget, capacity, rights, permissions, safety or overall fit. A no isn't a judgment on your idea. It may just mean the Studio isn't the right home for it.

Last updated: October 2026. This policy explains what ArcynthXSyntaria Media ("Arcynth," "the Studio," "we") collects through this website, why, and the choices you have. Arcynth is an online business based in the Turks and Caicos Islands and works with clients worldwide.
Information you give us: your name, email, phone (optional), company or brand, social handles, project details, budget, dates, the name of your project decision-maker, and any files or links you share through Start a Project, the Call Sheet, the Contact page or the Production Desk. Information collected automatically: basic device and usage data, such as pages visited, browser type, approximate location and how you arrived on the site, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Cookies & tracking).
To review and reply to inquiries, prepare plans, quotes, proposals and agreements, deliver projects, provide support, keep business records, understand how the site is used, improve it, and, if you agree, measure and show relevant ads. We don't sell your personal information.
Some information is handled by trusted third-party services that help run the Studio, under their own privacy policies. These include our client portal (proposals, agreements and invoices), PayPal (payments), Beacons (bookings, the storefront and email sign-ups), Google services (business email and file delivery), and analytics and advertising providers. Nothing is paid on this website. Payments happen on those secure platforms.
This site uses cookies and similar tools for analytics and advertising, for example to see which pages are visited or to measure ads on social platforms. Where required by law, these only run after you agree through the cookie notice. You can change your choice at any time with , and you can also block cookies in your browser.
Reference files, likenesses and assets you send are used only for your project and its review. Digital likeness work requires proof of permission. Final client files are kept for about 1 year, and working files may be kept for shorter periods.
Inquiries that don't become projects are kept for up to 12 months. Client records, agreements and invoices are kept as long as needed for the project, legal, tax and accounting purposes.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your information, to object to or limit certain uses, to withdraw consent, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising. This includes rights under laws such as the EU and UK GDPR and California's CCPA/CPRA. To make a request, email us. We'll respond within the time required by law and won't treat you differently for using your rights. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Because we work online and use global service providers, your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards offered by those providers.
If you sign up for updates through our storefront, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
This site and the Studio's services are not directed to children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Every price on this site is a starting estimate, not a quote. Every production can be customized, and expanded scope is quoted. Final pricing comes in your written proposal and official invoice. Proposals are valid for 7 calendar days.
Nothing is paid on this website. Once a project is approved, you receive a secure client portal link for your proposal, agreement and invoice, and all payments, including calls, are made there. Every project is paid in full before production begins, and payment secures your slot. Your agreement is signed before payment. Final, unwatermarked files are released after approval.
Payments are non-refundable. The exceptions are if the Studio is unable to deliver what was agreed, or a valid reason accepted by the Studio. Full refund terms are set in your signed agreement.
Turnaround times on this site are estimates. Your confirmed timeline is set during onboarding, based on Studio availability. Once confirmed, deadlines are fixed. They can change only if information, assets or feedback from the client arrive late or incomplete, or if an unforeseen circumstance affects the Studio. You'll be told as soon as possible if that happens.
Each project has one person who reviews, gives feedback and approves. All communication goes through them, by email.
Every paid custom project needs a written agreement. DMs and conversations don't replace it. The order is always: agreement, then payment, then production.
A Studio Consultation is $50 and is paid when booked. It's credited toward your project if you book that project within 14 days.
Rush delivery (24–48 hours) is +30%. Extreme rush (under 24 hours) is +50%. Rush fees are paid upfront and are non-refundable. The Studio may decline rush work when quality can't be protected.
Reply times and timelines count business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. The Studio doesn't take appointments or reply to messages on holidays.
Each package lists its included revision rounds. Unlimited revisions aren't standard, and extra rounds are billed. Feedback is due within 3 business days for standard projects and 5 for larger ones. Late feedback can move the timeline, and silence isn't approval. Please name one decision-maker for your project.
A project with no client activity for about 30 days may be paused. Restarting a paused project carries a 5% restart fee and a new timeline based on current availability.
Usage and ownership follow your written agreement, and transfer only after full payment. Prompts, drafts, source files and internal methods aren't included unless your agreement says so. Digital likeness work requires proof of permission from the person.

Arcynth's licensed characters are licensed by approval only. A Character Usage License covers one character, approved assets and organic use on the brand's approved channels for the agreed term. It doesn't include new content creation, alteration, editing, voice use, cloning, AI training, derivatives, paid advertising, boosting, whitelisting, sublicensing or exclusivity. Multi-character requests are quoted individually. Same-terms renewals are 125% of the original fee, need approval and never renew automatically. Post-term use, archival display and removal are defined in the licensing agreement.
Final files are delivered through Arcynth's approved digital delivery process and kept for 1 year. Technical support on delivered files is available for 7 days after delivery.
Whether Arcynth can show your project depends on your agreement. Nothing is posted before launch without permission.
Alternative payment arrangements for larger productions may be available on request.
